Direct VIP is made by The Direct VIP of the United Chamber of Commerce.
It provides VIP members with comprehensive references of hotels
and relative services for network hotel and VIP members through
the Internet. The website has both Chinese and English versions.

VIP network membership hotel introduction
VIP network membership hotel refers to the middle/high star hotels
that could accord with measures of Direct VIP as: could give their
guestroom rack rate, guestroom network price and VIP balance price
to Direct VIP; VIP member self-service reservations; have the
agreement with The Direct VIP of the United Chamber of Commerce
and will keep the content and clauses in the cooperation.
Expansion plan:
Direct VIP hopes to accept more qualified hotels. We expect to
increase our domestic hotels member to 3,000, foreign ones to
5,000 at the end of 2006.
Qualifications for join-in
1. Above 3 star rate and guestrooms more than 80
2. Hotels not rated by star level, but with excellent service,
special featured or graceful sight view.
3. 2 star hotel that has more than 100 guestrooms, with convenient
traffic, excellent service or other special features.
4. Some clubs and chambers meeting our requirements
5. Hotels willing to charge at the price of 6% lower than ordinary
network price, willing to provide self-service reservation for
card holders.
How to join-in
1. Download join-in agreement directly from our website and sign
the agreement with The Direct VIP of United Commerce Chamber
2. Contact with Direct VIP by 800 hotline to ask for join-in agreement
3. Fill in the information based on facts. Get the confirmation
from The Direct VIP of the United Commerce Chamber, and sign relative
agreement with us.
Responsibilities and obligations for VIP
network membership hotel
1. Accept all terms and conditions in the VIP network sales agreement;
2. Must provide retail price , network price, and VIP price. VIP
price must at least 6% lower than ordinary network price;
3. Accept to afford self-service reservations. That means: put
the crystal card sample at reception place and accept direct check-in
with member card or direct phone call reservations by members;
4. Be ready to accept other cooperate cards certificated by The
Direct VIP of the United Commercial Chamber, and grant VIP price
to these cards (airline cards, bank cards and etc.);
5. Retrieve the one-off Experience Card and responsible to mail
back to The Direct VIP of the United Chamber of Commerce;
6. Ready to update guestroom prices and release news online and
quickly react to members' feedbacks (Direct VIP give password
to log in);
7. Work with VIP system to carry out necessary obligations such
as promotions and publicity;
Rights for VIP network member hotel
1. Direct VIP will provide website page for member hotels members
to publicize without charging fees;
2. Direct VIP will publish advertisements on the magazines "International
Hotels"/"Direct VIP"/"White Collar Finance"/"Finance
And Technology" inside group without charging fees;
3. Member hotels could release relative news about on DirectVIP;
4. Provide counseling service for Card holders checking-in member
hotels;
5.Enjoy 20% discount on subscription of hotel manager reading
"International Hotels" and hotel guestroom magazine
"Direct VIP", issued 5 copies respectively per year; |
