[About Direct VIP]
The Direct VIP of the United Commerce Chamber of was founded on
February 8, 2002. It had two tasks: one-carrier/two systems. First
system is the serving system composed on the theme of alliance of
global higher star hotels; the second system is the guest system
composed on the theme of global business VIP; one carrier refers
to the hotel. Thereby it caused the project of VIP system: magazine
"Direct VIP" (proceedings of Chamber of Commerce; Readings
for guestroom of higher star hotel); Direct VIP website (WWW.DIRECTVIP.COM.
self-service hotel reservation website formed by alliance of hotels
in VIP website; meanwhile offers self-service reservation to VIP
business guests); Direct VIP card (a consuming card purchased by
VIP business guests from our Chamber of Commerce, which can be used
temporarily among 3000 exceeding 3-star hotels with discount); Direct
VIP individual hotel alliance system (mainly offers a series of
interactive service of management, talents, sales, groups publicity
etc. to the individual hotels in China where a fully developed customer
source system has not been established yet)There are four member
levels: crystal member, golden member, platinum member, and diamond
member). Our upcoming service is Direct VIP self-service plane ticket
booking system (WWW.DIRECTVIP.COM), Direct VIP self-service traveling
and some other similar self-services system. The Commerce Chamber
has been initiated by YATAI International Capital Information Group.
Its subcompany, YATAI International Publishing Co., Ltd owns four
major magazines in hotel and finance industry separately for 9 years
and 6 years: "International Hotels", for hotel managers;
"Direct VIP" the first hotel guestroom reading; "Finance
and Technology" now become a must for technical workers and
suppliers in financial field; "White Collar Finance" is
in real and live report style, specially for white collars in financial
field.

The
group has four professional websites mainly in two fields: Self-service
hotel reservation web system (www.directvip.com under construction);
hotel talents web system (www.ihhr.com); international hotels
forum (www.ihfo.com); Asian pacific finance web (www.af.net.cn)

website:
mutual choice (VIP members and VIP reception hotels), a free-combined
hotel supermarket.
1. Neither agency nor commissionsWe cooperate with hotel and charge
no commission. We offer VIP members the bottom price. There is
no money deal between hotels and us, which makes our cooperation
easier and clearer.
2. Free information platform Joined hotels could acquire free
advertisings on Direct VIP hotel reservation website, also on
YATAI International Capital Information Group relative magazines
"International Hotels" and "Direct VIP" totally
charges free.
3. Self-service online managementJoint hotel can use its unique
user ID and password offered by our website to log in and update
their information.
4. Individualized and Specific AdvertisementCo ntents on our website
are abundant, which give prominence to the individualized services
of your hotel: Price View is mainly showing the prices of different
kinds of guestrooms; you can also choose to show the other service
pricelist. On Recent Activities you can get what is going on within
the hotel for the time being (we will take into consideration
to show out these information on our homepage). The Location,
Sight View is also included. Besides that, we set a BBS special
for customers who have check in to intercommunicate with each
other.
5. Reservation simplified VIP members can choose to contact the
hotel directly by the means presented on our website. This makes
the reservation much more convenient.
Way of Operating:
1. VIP member identification: once the join-in agreement signed,
UCCDV(The Direct VIP of the United Chamber of Commerce) will offer
hotel a free sample of our crystal card, which allows the hotel
to identify the VIP members (memberships can be either checked
through internet)
2.Self-sevice ma nagement: hotels can update their information
online at anytime (including the room price changes and the addition
of hotel news)
3. Mandatory Management: hotels can also choose to UCCDV to help
them update their information by fax, which will be free of charge.
But hotels should notify UCCDV of their price changes 15 days
in advance. (UCCDV will assist these hotels to complete their
website construction)
4. Ways of reservation for VIP members: to send an email to or
telephone the hotel directly to make a reservation or go to the
hotel directly with their card.
5. Points for attention: hotel will keep the ordered rooms for
VIP members 2 hours longer than the original check-in time. After
2 hours, hotel will cancel the reservation. If the VIP member
needs to rebook, expense needs to be paid in advance. Members
who fail to check-in 3 times may be on the black list, which means
the hotel is entitled to refuse his reservation from then on.
6. Hotel recommendation online: UCCDV will grade and recommend
the hotels, mainly about: Price advantage, information maintenance
efficiency and customer feed back. UCCDV will highlight those
good hotels on the website according to the grades. |
