Admit the service system of VIP network organization and willing
to join in as an associated member, prepare related information
of member's rights and interests and provide all required
information (please indicate on where you need help on shooting
picture and translation). Obey the "Individual Hotel
Alliance Activity Program" and "Direct VIP Trade
Union Rules".
2. Willing to take on the obligations offered
by "The Direct VIP of the United Commercial Chamber"
and confirms to be a VIP alliance member.(Please mark in the

3. Authorize The Direct VIP of the United Chamber
of Commerce to reprint/use all the information (pictures,
logos)
the hotel offers. If there is information property right dissension,
the offer side takes the full responsibility.
4. If the member unit has VIP guest complaint
once, the Trade Union will give yellow card warning after
verification; If the member has been given yellow card warning
three times and still does not make up, the Chamber of Commerce
will give red warning and cancel its membership eventually. 5.
If the member unit quits the membership due to the legal fault
of the Chamber of Commerce, it will be refunded. 6. Admitting
this confirmation letter, the hotel fills the form, sign and
stamp the cachet, and the Commercial Chamber's representative
signs "Agree to join in after verification" and
stamp the cachet. Hereby the hotel becomes an official member
who can enjoy member's rights and interests, and take on obligations.
7. This Confirmation has two originals in uniformity,
which have been kept by member unit and The Direct VIP of
the United Chamber of Commerce respectively.
