        “Home Inn” desires the leadership of economic hotels.
Since two years ago, the new chain store economic hotel---Home Inn opened its first store at Yansha. It now already has 40 chain stores around the country. Home Inn was co-invested by Beijing Tourism Group and Ctrip. Yesterday, on the ceremony of the 2nd anniversary, they announced that they would expand their chain-store to 100, occupy more market share, and try to be the first domestic hotel chains listed abroad within two years.On the ceremony of yesterday, pointing at the posters on the wall, Home Inns CEO Ji Qi explains their four marketing strategies as “direct operation, concession management, contract management and market alliance”. He said Home Inn will be centering around Beijing Shanghai and Guangzhou, targeting at the whole country, and trying to be the leading hotel chains around the country. The man, who was once the CEO for Ctrip, also revealed that it is possible that Home Inns may expand its market through financing and try to be the first domestic hotel chains that list abroad. Board chairman Yangjianmin introduced Home Inn firstly applied oversea risk investment to seeking for marketing extension, Home Inn may cause a round of regrouping in domestic hotel industry. 40 Home Inn’s chain stores whose reservation call is unified and free of charge, the price----180 RMB per room inexpensive, and average check-in rate 90%, much higher than other hotels enjoy great market potential
