Hainan Airlines Corporations Restructured
Guangzhou Central Hotel
After several rounds of negotiations, Hainan Airlines Hotel Holding
Corporations restructured Guangzhou Central Hotel. It shows that
it s franchise has been successfully launched into Guangzhou Market.
People inside the circle regard this move as a big stride of Hainan
Airlines and think it will lay a solid foundation for their marching
into Guangzhou market and the Delta of the Pearl River for greater
development. Guangzhou Central Hotel was established on Sept. 28,1986,
co-invested by Hong Kong and the mainland and was awarded as 4-star
hotel by the National Tourism Bureau three years later. Splendid
as it once was, the hotel came to a standstill due to large amount
of debts and capital bottleneck it suffered from while other hotels
of Guangzhou developed very fast. It is very obvious that regrouping
was needed badly. In Jan 2004, Hainan Airlines Hotel Holding Corporations
began its operation. The hotel’s name was changed to Hainan Airlines
Guangzhou Central Hotel, now a franchising hotel of Hainan Airlines
